Real Estate Scripts?

Anyone have any suggestions on real estate / property scripts?

 

I know of mosets hot property script for Joomla which is pretty good, but wanted to know if there are alternative solutions?

Check to make sure it is transferrable first...not sure but wanted to mention on the safe side.

Open Realty I used a few years ago and modified it for the sale of Condos and then later used it for selling empty lots. Worked pretty good. Being able to edit the code and then add the necessary maps to locations, additional pictures and custom fields was very important. I believe in later versions they've made this easier, but I was using this 4 or 5 years ago and it was good then, so I can only imagine if they continued development.

 

Have a look on google for others. Search for "realestate script" - there's a ton right at the top of the page - note that I did not put a space in "real estate".
