RoseWired Posted October 5, 2008 Share Posted October 5, 2008 Hi Guys, I was just wondering why admins can't reply to a new ticket via email when it is first opened? I have seen that you can reply via email once a reply has been given, but you must login to the admin area to deal with it initially.
