danield
Hello, This is actually how the new WHMCS is set up. if you want to see all of your tickets do this: Hover over the support button and go down and click All Active Tickets.
automatedreferral
Mine are missing too. Mine just began to be missing last night and are still missing no matter what type of support tickets I select to view. It shows a number value in the links on the left for support tickets but in the middle of the page none will show. I can log into my database and see them in the database itself.
automatedreferral
Now this I don't understand? When I login to whmcs admin using Internet Explorer and view tickets it shows no list of tickets as I described in the previous post. However, when I login using Firefox browser it shows list of all tickets like normal ??
