payment status to complete

Recommended Posts

Hello,

A client placed an order for 20 domains. I accepted the order, but unfortunatly deleted the invoice.

In "Invoice" there is no invoice anymore.

In "Orders" there is a order with 20 domains. Status is active and payment status is INCOMPLETE.

How can I change the payment status into COMPLETE without deleting the order. (this deletes all domains in the clients account).

thanks for the help!

Can someone please explaing how and where in the database WHMCS puts that payment Complete/Incomplete information. I have oposite situation, one order is marked as Complete and it's not paid, and I can't figure out why WHMCS marked it as "Complete" and I can't find such info in the database.

Thanks.

I just realised how this works... It checks "tblinvoiceitems" payment status, and if paid it show "Complete" on the order.

Problem in my case was that WHMCS from some strange reason on this order set the wrong number in "invoiceid" field... I have no idea how could this happend. There must be some bug in latest WHMCS...

@WIS hosting

Unfortunately in your case that means that there is no way to change status to "Complete" if invoice is deleted.
