Has anyone got Protx (VSP Direct) emailing them with notifications?

 

With VSP Form, Protx emails me to notify me of a transaction and it's status, but VSP Direct doesn't - it needs a code hack somewhere along the line.

 

I know its probably duplicate information flying about, but its nice to have a reassuring email from Protx with the transaction information.

 

Any ideas?
