is it possible to have payments for sales commissions to affiliates delayed until they are *approved* by admin?

 

This would be in the case of sales which take some time to be completed, or verified, or where the new affiliate referred must accomplish certain tasks before the sale commission can be actually released?

I think the way it is now, all sales commissions have to be approved by the admin already.
