Problems with transfer-domain. Does´nt appears in whmcs reseller domain account

Hi,

I have whmcs reseller domain account, and setup correctly (i can register new domains), then i have Directi.

A customer, transfer two domains via whmcs panel, and i accept the order (pending). In whmcs domain reseller account i can´t see the domains pending for transfer. I have enought $.

What is happening with the transfer domain?
