I've setup like this: site.com/manage - whmcs site.com/support - kayako I've got site.com protected with an SSL Cert, but when i go to manage with ssl on, and then to a ticket it calls kayako without SSL. readywire Posted September 19, 2008 Share Posted September 19, 2008 Login to Kayako as an admin and choose settings->General. Find the setting that reads "Product URL."
