Revolution Posted November 1, 2006 Share Posted November 1, 2006 One of my clients received an invoice for $0.00 for a free accoount. I looked at the account in the admin area and all throughout and it is set to FREE account. So I'm not sure why this is happening. Also it confuses the customer. Also, I would like to know in the ordering process, why does the client have to pick an payment option (invoices) if it is a free product? Maybe that is why an invoice was generated after a month for the next due date for some reason, but the due date also says 00/00/0000. The user has to choose a payment gateway as all accounts must be assigned to a gateway in the system. You could use an if statement in the template file if you really didn't like this to automatically assign a payment method when it is a free account.
