We set up 2CO before having our site set up, which is fine, but you have to let them know after you're ready for business to re-review your site. If not, they don't allow you to sell your products, it will give you a "parameter error". The other thing I learned about 2CO and WHMCS, is that you have to use their product ID when configuring your products. I had assumed (and we know what that does) that since we create our own ID's on 2CO, that those would be the ones we use with WHMCS. Nope, its the numerical ones that are autogenerated for you. The last thing I learned, as a reseller, you have to name your packages exactly as they appear in WHM. If you name it "package1" and the people you resale for put a prefix in front of it, you have to use prefix_package1.
