MellaHost Posted September 7, 2008 Share Posted September 7, 2008 Hello After I have Imported my customers and al the Plans I had set up in ClientExec, I did a test to see if the Checkout Process works fine. I have found this - After accepting a Plan I was taken through the Order Process... Once I got to the "PRoduct/Service and Discription the part that says "Billing Cycle" Asks the customer to Choose one - 1 Mnth, 3 Mnth, 6 mnth and so on... It has all the same Price in there?? I dont know why, as I have placed the Correct Prices for each month in my Admin area under each Product for each mnth 3 mnths and so on... What could be the Problem... Feel Free to do a Test....
