webace
Hi Thank you for the free module Have there been any reported problems using it ? It does not seem to work for us at all, the mails don't appear to be sent to the registrar.
numPhoenix
The module works. Have you tested it with your own email to check all the information ? Check who is sending the email when doing the test as you might not be receiving the replies. Do the other modules send email eg. support and the order system ? The transfer module does not transfer the sending email so this has been duplicated my latest module.
CJC84
Works like a charm Having said that - there are two main options in this script for the mail that's sent out to Uniforum: 1: You can have the client's details embedded into the mail to coza-admin OR 2: You can specify your own and have the domain put into 'your name'. Pheonix, when you say in the readme that the mail is sent from the default admin/tech (obviously when the option for sending the mail with 'WHMCS's details is enabled), which email address is sending this mail out and do you know if there's any way to check that it's been successfully sent?? I have 100% success if I use the client's details, but i'm having no joy when using 'WHMCS' details. P.S. creating the dns management support group - great idea
Akk3d1s
The coza-admin@co.za. Is that email sent to http://co.za/ ? Is the email sent to that registrar so that they can register the domain? How does the billing work? How do I know that they received it and will register it for me? Thanks I need this information asap.
jasonhk
The coza-admin@co.za. Is that email sent to http://co.za/ ? Is the email sent to that registrar so that they can register the domain? Yes, they will process the registration using the plain text information that is generated by the script. How does the billing work? You get an invoice on registration. They only suspend the domain 3 months after invoice date. How do I know that they received it and will register it for me? You will get an email.
ipumais
When transfering a domain, it doesnt include my details and address in the adress fields, What could that be
chrisjan
We also use the co.za plugin...works like a charm. I put in my own email address to test it, and then coza-admin@co.za, and success! Thanks and well done numPhoenix!
dotnetrix
This might be a stupid question, just something that I want to know. This plugin obviously only works if the client also orders a hosting package and whmcs actually creates the account on the server and a zone file is created. As far as I know Uniforum doesn't allow registrations to go through if there isn't a zone file somewhere setup with the correct name servers. What about clients who only wants to register a .co.za without a hosting package? Am I missing something somewhere? Regards,

Regards, That is correct, you will need to add a DNSZone into your server to allow the domain to be registered, or ask the client to supply you with their own DNS Server details.
dotnetrix
Where are the: "".$params["adminlastname"]" values fetched from? When I mailed this to myself the form was intact, except all the 'admin' parameters were blank...
francisdc
I want to know why this does not send the file out to co.za please
jasonhk
maybe because co.za works on email The script sends the text email to COZA

Jellydesign
Hi Guys I have sorted my problem out, but what do you do in the case when domain gets transferred? I see it does not pull through my Trading name field f2 Any solutions?
numPhoenix
Transferring was a problem with this version due to some encoding from WHMCS side. You can edit the file in zipped folder using your editor and complete the line. I might have to create a new page as I cannot recall my details for the old one
Jellydesign
Hi numPhoenix Thanx for the reply.... I have to admit I am no PHP fundi.... Jellydesign
Hi Everyone. I see Uniforums Web adress has changed, and since then I cannot lookup whois info on .co.za domains http://www.coza.net.za/ Is there something I need to change in the plugin ?
SilverNodashi
Unforum fscked up their own system and from what I can gather Matt would need to recode the .co.za WHOIS part of WHMCS. I seriously doubt if this will happen soon though.....
