Support Ticket problem

Hi,

 

I have a problem with my support tickets. I am logged in as admin and on the left side it says I have 6 Active Support Tickets. When I go to view them I get this message:

 

You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets.

 

No matter what I do I cannot view them. Under departments Admin is the only access to this department.

 

How do I get to view all these support tickets?

Fair enough but I can understand if its notification by email, but if its not the admin doesnt have to click on the support tickets is all. And Admins can always have the notificaiotns disabled by default and then check to have them notified.
