amnesia
I am trying to suspend an account using whmcs and I am getting the following error: "Server Error: Socket Connection Failed" All of my server login details are correct, what could be the issue? Also, does anyone else have the problem of whmcs 'forgetting' users cpanel login info? I enter it in when I create accounts for clients but then later when I go back, the login details are missing... but all other info is still there! I cant figure out why is would 'forget' that info. I appreciate any help you guys can offer.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 29, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 29, 2006 "Socket Connection Failed" - this means it's nothing to do with WHMCS or WHM. For a socket connection to fail, your server must be blocking the fsockopen function for some reason. Contact your host or server tech about the issue.
