WO-Jacob
Hiya! We just installed WHMCS yesterday, and in the email templates, some of the emails are doubled. Domain Renewal Confirmation (2) Domain Transfer Initiated (2) Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice (2) Credit Card Expiring Soon (2) Second Invoice Overdue Notice (2) Third Invoice Overdue Notice (2) Bounce Message (2) Each of the doubles have a different id. The doubles start at ID 35: | 35 | Credit Card Expiring Soon | | 36 | Second Invoice Overdue Notice | | 37 | Third Invoice Overdue Notice | | 38 | Domain Transfer Initiated | | 39 | Domain Renewal Confirmation | | 40 | Upcoming Domain Renewal Notice | | 41 | Bounce Message | | 42 | Credit Card Expiring Soon | My I'net connection dropped during install, so I tried (though aparently didn't need to) to re-run the install script's final step... could this be fallout from it? or are these here for another reason?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 2, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 2, 2008 If an error occurs during the installation process, you should never just try and continue. You must start again to avoid errors in the initial DB setup. You'll need to open a ticket. Matt

If normal email ids end at 34, i can just delete the extras. The interesting part I thought you might have some interest in, is when i hit edit on either of the doubles, the content comes up for both of them, like there's two edit fields on display for the content, and when you update and save only one, the other is updated to the same content.
