dstlink
I'm trying to figure out when domain renewals are actually processed. Is it part of the daily cron job that sends out invoices and suspensions? When I have a new customer sign up and pay, the domain registration appears to run shortly after the payment is posted, but I don't know the timing. But my 5:02 AM cron job processed several credit cards this morning for domain renewals, but they have not run yet. They still show up as "expired" in the system. I have "auto renewal on payment" checked, and Enom selected as the automatic registration account. I remember the cron jobs in MB that ran every X minutes and processed all the outstanding requests. I don't see where that is controlled in WHMCS. I've read through the help documents but have not found a clear answer. David
chickendippers
The daily cron runs should run once a day (configured from the cron setting on your server). Domain renewals always happen, for me at least, straight after payment is received. So if your cron runs at 5:00AM, then the renewals should take place. If they have not then you might need to do some digging.
