Domain Registration Failure

Hi, I have an domain reseller account setup with yourselves and a client used it for the first time yesterday but I received an email to say that the registration had failed.

I have followed the instruction here in setting up a customer ID within the reseller system and added funds to it.

As far as I know it is all setup correctly within WHMCS but the message says that the username/password may be invalid or suspended.

Well neither is true as I can login fine.

There is one thing though the email address and password in the registrar settings of WHMCS, should this be my reseller details or the details of the customer account I setup?

Obviously the parent ID & customer ID speaks for itself.

Regards

don't worry I have sorted it out, I entered a 1 instead of a 7 as part of the Parent ID, what a wally :)
