PropioWeb.com
I have just two payment gateways PayPal and Mail in Payment, yet when I create an invoice I cannot select paypal as a form of payment. Why?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 27, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 27, 2006 PayPal is Subscriptions Only. You need to enable the PayPal Invoices gateway. Matt
PropioWeb.com
Oh. I see how that makes sense. But what about invoices that you want to be subscriptions? This perticular customer I setup manually and was paid in cash but now I need to bill him as a reacurring basis. How do I do something like that in WHMCS?

chrishaley
As far as I know, at this point, WHMCS doesn't create invoices for subscriptions.
Adam
Hey, I put in a request so that clients using another form of payment method can be able to switch over to PayPal- Subscription payments. However I don't think its going to make it in the lastest build. (http://whmcs.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1024) What you can do tho, is go into your paypal account and add a subscription. Once your client pays you, just add the ID to your WHMCS system and you should be good to go. But I think WHMCS should have the option so that it makes the link for the paypal subscription so we won't have to from PayPal to WHMCS...
