dansgalaxy Posted August 18, 2008 Share Posted August 18, 2008 Hi, Okay basically i want to create tickets from old emails for clients, just so i can have the support emails all in tickets as a record. but i dont want my clients getting hundreds of emails about ticket created and all the replies i want it to send NO emails. how can i do this?
