Multiple Emails being sent to clients

I'm sure this is going to be an easy answer for some of the veteran WHMCS users out there, but here goes.

I'm a small time hoster (less than 35 clients) and I manually configure everyone right now. I mainly use WHMCS to send email invoices and keep track of things. I'd like to charge a domain registration fee and a hosting fee combined together on one invoice, but on separate lines. Right now I have been manually adding and updating invoices, but I'd like to automate the billing. How do I set up my products and services to do this? I thought I had things set up properly, but about 5 of my clients were automatically emailed this morning for the domain registration fee amount without the hosting fee. Is there something simple for me to fix this, or do I have to turn off my cron and do things manually again?

Currently, under Products and Services, I have my hosting packages and then under domains I have a recurring domain renewal. There is an addon section there too, and I'm wondering if I can add the domain renewal under that addon.

Thanks for any help,

Darkwing

I think domain renewals are automatically generated on their aniversary... I may be wrong.

You other question as it applies addons, that's a great question... It sure would be nice to have one invoice sent to a client instead of multiple ones.

Line1 Monthly Hosting.

Line3 Monthly Dedicated IP Charge

Line2 monthly website maint...

and any other addons..
