DirectI not processing renewal

Hi,

When I renew a domain in WHMCS DirectI doesn't process it, instead I have to login after, go to Billing->Summary and execute hit the invoice without payment option.

I believe I've got everything configured correctly, under Customer -> List I click on the name with the CustomerID that's entered in WHMCS and select List Domains.

All the domains appear so it should renew the domain right? Are there any other settings in DirectI/WHMCS that I might be missing here?
