shaneh Posted August 15, 2008 Share Posted August 15, 2008 Hi, When I renew a domain in WHMCS DirectI doesn't process it, instead I have to login after, go to Billing->Summary and execute hit the invoice without payment option. I believe I've got everything configured correctly, under Customer -> List I click on the name with the CustomerID that's entered in WHMCS and select List Domains. All the domains appear so it should renew the domain right?
