Can WHMCS autocreate accounts you have set up in WHM?

If you choose the appropriate option, yes.

 

Um...when you set up the server I presume your NOC staff would have told you this?

 

I'd only recommend auto approve if you have some kind of automated fraud module active (Varilogix, Maxmind etc)

Configuration > Products/Services > Edit Product > Module Settings Tab

 

 

Varilogix has the superior call system IMO.
