cybergod666
hey guys, i just recently signed up 2CO and their site is all complicated to use. I have been using paypal and had no issues with them But some of my clients prefer 2CO. So i setup an account (but didnt create any products in 2CO a/c) and when i tried myself to order through the invoice of my whmcs, i am getting Parameter error . I lost a few clients because of this. My 2Co account is new and i dont have time to create All those hosting products in 2co a/c (which amounts to 18 hosting packages). Please help me on this. Is it necessary that each of my hosting pack should be recreated in 2CO a/c or is there any other option to checkout through 2Co as easy as Paypal.? and the bottom line------------Do you recommend 2CO with WHMCS or prefer any other gateway? Is it really worth all these hassles?---------------- thanks
ramystyle
Hey ! You do not need to create the products in 2co to work with WHMCS. All you have to do, is login to your whmcs account, Configuration, Payment Gat2ways, Activate 2CheckOut and make sure you wrote your Vendor Account Number (with no extra space at the end). This alone should work. If you get any errors, I suggest you open a ticket support and Matt or his team will help you ! Good luck.
digdoug
2CO has to activate your account after a review of your site. They'll take a look at your TOS and PP as well. I had a couple issues with my site initally and so my account was inactive and they didn't bother to tell me until I asked.
