BW & Disk limit and Usage - 0 & Unlimited

I know this has been posted before. I know it is hit and miss, but can it be fixed. In the client area and the admin bandwidth and disk usage reports, the clients disk usage all say 0, the disk limit says unlimited and % used is N/A. Will this ever be fixed? My clients get very confused not to mention I do when I try to monitor them. I don't really feel like logging into each client's cpanel account to check it

Yep,

I have indeed been working on this one. For WHMCS V2.5.8, the Disk Space & Bandwidth Monitoring is fully supported if you have "WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0" or later. I have written a completely new routine for obtaining the disk space and bandwidth from WHM for this version and it has been tested with results as follows:

Server 1 - WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-C30 - Disk Space & Bandwidth Working

Server 2 - WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R34 - Disk Space & Bandwidth Working

Server 3 - WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R113 - Disk Space Not Working, Bandwidth Working

Server 4 - WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-R119 - Disk Space Not Working, Bandwidth Working

I know it has been awhile since this thread was used, but I just hit upon a problem. I am using cPanel 11.25.0-R43473 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9, CENTOS 5.4 i686 and WHMCS v 4.1.2.

In WHM, all my accounts have a disk space limit set, i.e., 1024mb, 2048mb, etc. Yet, in WHMCS, all disk space allowed shows as UNLIMITED which is NOT true in any situation. According to the documentation, "If the package exists inside WHM, just enter the WHM Package Name. You may leave all the other individual settings blank." This is what I did but it did not seem to pick up the disk limits at all. Did I do something wrong? The other limits seem to be fine.

I noticed this when I was looking at the Disk Space & Bandwidth Usage Summary report.
