Assigning clients to server without server status

Hey all

 

so all of our clients servers run on windows. I've been trying to get the server status page to display on them by installing apache/php but nothing displays but a white page.

 

Is there a way to set it so I can assign a client to a server without the status window? We don't use any kind of control panel either- all out clients get is RDP access so its not needed. Thanks for letting me know.
