Hello. Here is what I would like to accomplish.

1) Provide each customer with a link to open a trouble ticket

2) When customer clicks link, it automatically adds a custom title to trouble ticket message, like "Domain.com Needs Help"

How could I do this? Thanks!

deep coding as you need to pass variables for each client. Not worth it to be honest since each ticket will be a different reason. When you need to support a client the title of the ticket should be a summary of the issue, and not the same thing for each. There would no way to distinguish the difference in each ticket, it would get confusing, and to me a bad idea.

Also, if you have multiple domains/hosting accounts on a client, you'll need to be able to distinquish it. If you wanted, you could setup a custom field and have an area for the domain (which is what we do). Next step would be to populate the custom field with a dropdown menu of their own domains so they can pick one.

HOw about setting up a form they fill out and it sends to an email that the ticket system either pop import or pipe imorts that way you could have the field in the subject line

[field=domain] subject
