SpydrSS
Hi There. In South Africa we are very limited when it comes to payment gateways. 2checkput only supports $, and Paypal does not support SA. We do have a CC processing in the form of Netcash. I would like (and I'm sure many other SA Users) for this payment process to become a reality. Is there anyone out there who can assist in getting netcash implimented? http://www.netcash.co.za Regards Stanley Rieck Storm Web Hosting
Myron
Hi There, We use MyGate - We developed the module and have recurring billing working like a dream. Mygate is also cheaper than Netcash. Best Regards, Myron

SpydrSS
Hi All. I am happy to say that I have found a netcash module that is compatible with WHMCS. We also have a automatic registration module. If anyone is interested then please contact me and I will send you in the right direction.

numPhoenix
SA members never seem to post or advertise their GREAT scripts. Modules are available from joomlahost. They have a registrar module and NETcash. My COZA registrar module is in the whmcs wiki under contribution. FREE. Hopefully this starts a trend as you cannot even seem to buy modules in SA. Just moved from ModernBill so I MYGATE is next. Requesting a feature for SA never works as you never seem to get enough request to make it worth the while. Logically sharing the cost makes it easier viable and show the amount of user WHMCS needs to consider. So with that said if you have a GREAT script name your price as requests are made here and in http://www.webhostingtalk.co.za. You can sell it Via WHMCS which prevents the PM's which well are not always answered.
SteveV
Mygate has a WHMCS module available: they quoted me R3000 for it
noisehosting
Thanks for the info and for directing us all in the right direction.. Pity we are to small of an army to get SA related features included..
SteveV
It is a pity -- also that the community of SA webhosts is so unwilling to share or work together.
noisehosting
Mygate has a WHMCS module available: they quoted me R3000 for it Funny, i requested a quote from them for the same module a few months back and was also quoted R3000. Personally i think that's crazy.
biovolt
I am busy creating one If you could wait a day or 2 (maybe a week depending on how difficult it gets) I will post it or ask whmcs to add it to their downloads Kind regards Johan

numPhoenix
So if at least 10 requested it from Mark @ Mygate would that be R300 a pop ?
biovolt
you can register and add. The modernbill module I started with was free What did you mean with this?
SteveV
So if at least 10 requested it from Mark @ Mygate would that be R300 a pop ? No -- that's not the way I understood it. I shouldn't have used the word "quote", what I meant was that the price is R3000 for the module. It already exists, so he wasn't quoting on coding the module, he was giving me a price for it.
biovolt
They told me today they do not have it. Give me a few days and I will have a working module.
biovolt
How should the subscription/recurring billing work? Should the option only be available when the amount only include recurring values e.g. no setup fees, tld fees... which will cause the first payment to not be a recurring billing and only on the second billing will then be able to be recurring. or can any one help me with the query to get the recurring billing amount and ask the client to enter the CC details twice? I do not think that the second option is the best way to go.
numPhoenix
You can register on the WHMCS wiki page to add your own module for download. I used modernbill with Mygate.
biovolt
It will take me a bit longer than I initially thought to create the MyGate module WHMCS is not willing to do it for me and I am new to WHMCS so I have to learn the database, application and create enough orders or be able to work out what data I can use and where to get it. and make sure I get the correct amounts.
RichardZA
Lets all get together and maybe pay for this module.. How many of us seriously want this payment gateway...... If we can get about 30 users, which I am sure South Africa fairly has. We could cut down the cost to maybe R100 p.p.. I am really interested on this module.. As WHMCS has changed the way I think about billing etc how much can WHMCS "quote us" If it is cheaper, I will definitely go with the cheap host.
biovolt
Hi Mygate does not do a post back to us on a recurring payment, only on the first payment. This mean that you will have to go and check on the merchant zone if it was successful and manually mark it as paid, which is not very helpful. Do you want 2 modules 1 for recurring and 1 for once off to be able to distinguish between recurring and once off payments? I have not been able to get a way marking a order as Recurring without using separate modules for recurring and and once off. But I assume there have to be a way of doing this. Any suggestions? Does vcs support callbacks on recurring payments?
biovolt
I successfully billed onceoff payments on mygate from WHMCS with my module. I need to tweak a few settings and add the subscription part that needs to detect if it can do a recurring payment or not. On recurring payments you will have to go to mygate's website check which recurring payments was successful and manually mark then as paid in whmcs. I hope the module will be done by Monday.
SilverNodashi
I for one don't want to use Mygate, or support them. They don't value clients well enough, and I would rather support Paygate / VCS / Netcash / etc.
biovolt
Does one of the other support a IPN Callback for subscriptions with out being expensive?
