Blank Pages on Trial?

I have been messing with the 15 day trial version today, did some stuff in the admin area, created a few "fake" clients and make them invoices....I get the emails ok, but when I attempt to log in as a customer, it goes to a blank page... I did read through the forums and did an .htaccess file , I tried a couple of browsers and get them same thing...is this a bug related to the 15 day trial? I have done something wrong......

 

Just want to make sure before buying the program, thanks!

Hey,

 

Are you logged in the admin area as well? That could be a problem. My customers are able to log in fine into the client area fine as well as other WHMCS customers. It could be a bad file that you may have upload, bad template or cookie...

No Made sure I would logged out, even reboot computer and cleared cookies just to make sure??

 

Is this a bug with the script I should be concerned with before purchasing?

Welcome to WHMCS. This definately not a bug. It would appear to be an error in your template. Have you made any changes to the default template? If so, restoring the default should correct the issue.

I just installed it, and then added a few clients. I did not even look at the templates?

 

Maybe I should uninstall and try it again!
