silkenstrand Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 I've been going along merrily using the support system, only to find out that none of my clients are getting my responses. I open a ticket in their name, which they receive notification of, but when I respond to the e-mail through whmcs admin no e-mail is being sent. I'm sure this must just be a switch I need to throw, because I can't find anyone else on the forum that seems to be having these problems. Unfortunately, I also can't find the switch. Thank you in advance for your help. Tina PS... I just realized I should provide you with a little more information: When I reply to the ticket from the ticket administration screen I am marking it "Set to Answered and Return to Ticket View" Don't know if that matters or not... but just in case... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

silkenstrand Posted July 25, 2008 Author Share Posted July 25, 2008 So I fixed that problem and have been merrily going along... but have discovered 2 new issues I'm hoping for help with. 1. When my customer replies to a ticket I am not getting notified. 2. Is there any way to reorder the post replies? I'd like to have private note listed first so that I don't accidentally send a client a note that I have made, and then set to "in progress" so that it doesn't get set to answered.
