Hayk
Hi. I have tried several times with different emails, but no any email sent to appropriate department when new support ticket opened. What's the problem, what can I do? Thanks:)
Hayk
I have set up email piping for my department. Only on email sent, that's the email to test customer, no any other email. What should I do? Thanks.
osckar
Make sure you are assigned to that department in order to view the tickets: Configurations > Administrators > Tick on assigned departments
Hayk
Thanks, I did it just now and receive emails to my email, but no mail sent exactly to departments email. Is it OK?

osckar
I guess your email piping is not set up correctly.. Are you using a real email address instead of just a forwarder?
Hayk
It is a real mail, hosted by my server. I added the piping line completely to my cpanel. Is it possible actually to reply directly to email sent to administrator or visitor or they have to login to site to reply to tickets? If it is possible, then something wrong in my system, if not, then all is OK. Thanks.
osckar
Well, if you are using a real email address you better user the Ticket Importing using POP3 option. That will need you configure your email address pop3 login details on the Department of your choice.
