When ever a ticket goes to either one, the email gets sent to the main WHMCS email address entered. How can I get the emails fowarded to the actually email addresses for that support department. Eg. WHMCS main email is main@hosting.com Support Department email is support@hosting.com However, whenever a support ticket is made, it always goes to main@hosting.com instead of support@hosting.com. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
