risrik
I have manually imported my clients into WHMCS. I noticed that the system automatically creates a password for them to use to log in to the client system to see invoices, submit tickets, etc. Is there any way to tell them their username (email addrerss) and password to log in to the system so they don't create a new account? Is there a merge field or something like that? It would be nice to say, "We have a new billing system which you can log in to and view your invoices, etc. Your temporary password is 'ajsdkfjsd' and you can change it at any time by logging in..." Thanks for your advice.
osckar
You can use the Mass Mail feature, compose your message and insert , [CAPassword] and [ClientAreaLink] wherever you want in your message
risrik
That's awesome! I was worried I would have to send out a customized email to each client. Just a note that the email address merge field is [CustomerEmail] in case anyone else reads this thread and needs it. Thanks for your help!
