risrik Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 I'm having some problems with configurable options when the main product is one-time only. Any configurable option that I add for such a product will have no price displayed in the drop down for the customer (and no price calculated in the cart if they choose the option). The option will be shown in the drop down as 'Option 1 - $ CAD' even though I've added $5 to the monthly fee for the option. If I add a setup fee as well it will display as 'Option 1 - $ CAD + $10.00 CAD Setup Fee'. As you can see there is no price added for the actual option itself! CAD is Canadian funds by the way. If the main product is recurring then there is no problem and the price is displayed but when it's one-time, no price is displayed for the configurable options. Boss Posted July 20, 2008 Share Posted July 20, 2008 I have just found this post and realised it is very similar to the problem I'm having except I don't get Any indication of any price for extra years, just the Year options, 1-5. Set a product to be charged one-time only and give it a configurable option. The price will not display in the drop down for the customer or be calculated.
