adtastichosting
Probably doesn't qualify as a bug as this may be an issue with WHMCS and my server but not really sure. My downloads folder has the 777 permission. When I go into the admin area to download a file I have the message: Permissions Warning! The downloads folder is not writable by WHMCS so you cannot upload files. However, I am able to upload files fine. Any ideas?
goddess_dix
if you're server allows 777 (and not suexec with 755 writable), i'd suggest opening a support ticket. i had an issue similar to this and matt provided me a file that corrected it.
MellaHost
Im getting this Problem, and Im searching this Forum for an answer to it without having to ask this same question over and over again, as it seems to be a common Question and Issue.... But not once so far, has ANYONE placed up a solution... only that to contact 'Support' Which I have now done.... But if anyone knows the actual answer, it should be placed up as a Sticky, for future people!!
adtastichosting
The answer to your problem is just as posted. Send in a support ticket and you will get fixed right up just like I did. Its a simple fix but requires a file from support and requires you to be patient in waiting for the answer to your ticket beyond having just sent in the support ticket to asking for help here.
