"Support Ticket Not Opened" error

Hi,

 

I m getting this error all of the sudden when send a message to pre-sales in my support site.

 

Let say I sent a message to support@domain.com and I m getting a respond reply from the system say that with the subject line "Support Ticket Not Opened" and the body part says "Your email to our support system could not be accepted because it was not recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area."

 

What s happening? How to resolve this?

Hi

 

Go To Configuration > Support Departments select the support department edit and

untick the Clients Only > Tick this box to only allow registered clients to open tickets in this department
