ericzou Posted July 16, 2008 Share Posted July 16, 2008 Just have WHMCS installed and configured the WHMCS for me. Everything else works fine except the support system. I tried to email my support department from support@mydomain.com, but I didn’t receive any ticket confirmation number nor errors messages. The email just simply when into the inbox as regular emails. I asked WHMCS to double check the setup, and they told me the setup looks fine, possible is my mail server. I am using google app to host all my emails. Any suggestions?
