thehostinghut
I have moved my site to another server and now I keep getting this error: The file /home/xxxxxx/public_html/myaccount/install/install.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so ionCube PHP Loader to be installed. It was working fine on the server I moved it from and now it does that. I have removed and reuploaded everything and still get that error. If anyone has a clue as to what is wrong I would be greatful. Thanks, Tracy

Adam
Hey, Make sure the ioncube folder is in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/ if your WHMCS folder is in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/myaccount/ so it should look something like this... /home/xxxxxx/public_html/ioncube <-- ioncube folder /home/xxxxxx/public_html/myaccount/ <-- root WHMCS folder /home/xxxxxx/public_html/myaccount/admin <-- WHMCS admin area You can also make sure that the ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so is ioncube folder. Adam
Hey, I think ioncube is made so it would search for one dir. outside the WHMCS folder and then inside. Other ioncube scripts run like that. But I always put it outside the whmcs folder... From, Adam
