pmarek
I'm trying to figure out how to place multiple email addresses (a couple are sms text message email addresses) in the department email address section. I've tried a comma as a separator and that doesn't work, does anyone know how to put multiple email addresses in so that when a support ticket comes in that it gets blasted out to a few different email addresses? Thanks.
Web Ideas
I would setup an email alias on my server that forwards to multiple emails. This is quite straight forward on any server running qmail.
pmarek
Good point. I was asking because prior to switching over to WHMCS (which is awesome) we were using CE and in there you could concatenate email addresses. Thanks for the tip!
dkent
Bravo! Well done for switching to WHMCS. ClientExec is the worst I have come across. No matter how much the developers try to make it better, it just won't. Just looking at it is just horrible and not very user friendly. I don't know why some people use it! As for the 'Multiple email addresses per ticket'... I don't think this is such a big issue, and also have no idea of why you want the same messages twice. Oh well.
