TCAdmin Problem

Hello All

 

We currenly installed whmcs on our webserver and are trying to get it interact with tcadmin.

 

We should have auto server set up on but

when we order a server and then activate it in the top left it says

Server Command Error

Account Creation Failed:

 

I have filled in the form right and followed the setting up server info but i arnt getting an error code.

 

Any one help ?
