payamsad
Hi I have a Plesk 8.3 reseller Account. I have installed WHMcs and added my plesk reseller account in it according to the instructions. I have also added a product with the right domain template name (which has no error when I create a domain directly in plesk with that Template) and other information needed. When I place a new order from the client area, the account won’t be created on the server but will be added in the orders of WHMcs. I have tried it many times. I also added the line: $pleskpacketversion = "1.4.2.0"; to the configuration.php file. But nothing changed. In the admin area, after viewing that order when I click the “Create” button to manually create that domain, I got this error: Server Command Error CURL Error: 7 - couldn't connect to host Would you please help me solving this problem? Thanks
cpickering
The error suggests that it can't connect to the host its going to.. So, check your WHCMS server; does it have full outbound access? Is there a firewall in the way? Also checking your Plesk server, to see if it will accept the connection from your WHCMS server
payamsad
dear cpickering thanks for your reply. I have once again removed the plesk server and created again in the WHMcs but there is still the same problem. I have entered all data such as user name, pass word, and IP address of server correctly. I haven't installed any Firewall. where can I check it if it is setup previously? and tel me please how Can I check if Plesk accepts the connection from my WHMCS server? in fact this is a Plesk Reseller Account? is There any setting on the server that I have no access to it? I have also setup a WHM/Cpanel reseller account and it works perfectly. at this moment I am using the trial Version. and If I could setup the Plesk successfully I will buy a one time License. I would be glad to have your answers regards
vibhu
payamsad Are you able to find the answer, as we are also getting the ERROR : "Server Command Error - "
dutchnet
we had the same problem and posted a bug report with Matt. his answer was quick Ok, the problem is simple. When using the plesk reseller module, you have to use a clients login details for the server in WHMCS. Currently you are using admin - can't add domains only under admin. Have to belong to a customer so you have to use the pleskreseller module with a clients logins or the plesk module with admin.
