Email piping. Leave copy on server?

How can I configure WHMCS to leave a copy of the emails on the email server? WHMCS logs into our email server and takes EVERYTHING and makes everything a support ticket. This is getting to difficult for us as there are many things we need to stay on the email server.

Is there a way to configure WHMCS to leave a copy of the email(s) on the email server?

I don't know if there's a way to do that, but maybe setting up the email address to forward to a secondary POP3 email address so you can log in and pull the info that may work?

Personaly, I have EVERYTHING in our helpdesk so that the other members of staff can review and keep on top of things. But then again, we have disabled the Piping and force all clients to enter tickets through the system so they can reivew responses and share info within their company rather than having 3 or 4 people at a company send an email and making us have 4 open tickets for a single issue. Gets a little crazy after a while :)
