whatcomweb Posted July 8, 2008 Share Posted July 8, 2008 okay, I'm setting up a new auth.net account, and when I try and process, I get this error: An unknown error occurred. Please check the gateway log. Where do I find this gateway log to determine why the new auth.net account is not working (the old one worked fine).
