Redundant
Hey Folks, Hoping for some advice from you veterans. I am still working on getting up and running with DirectI and Enom. Unfortunately, neither support .BR domain names which I will probably have a call for. I was hoping someone could give me some insight as to how you go about purchasing a domain name on behalf of a client when the registrar you resell through doesn't provide the tld? How would you handle this and get it integrated into the clients WHMCS site? Thanks much for any assistance
goddess_dix
you can set it up as a product and allow customers to order it, but you wouldn't be able to do the registration through whmcs's backend unless the tld is connected to someone you resell for that's supported by a module in whmcs to interface. and you'd have to have somebody you resell for who provides the domain, or you couldn't provide it. but you can do it without a module; you just have to register the domain name manually through your reseller account. the domain order just wouldn't be connected to a registrar in the admin side, as i'm understanding it.
