247hosting.co.nz
Is there a site where we can purchase a nice hosting style template to wrap around WHMCS at all?

Jortex
You can use any template with WHMCS, you just need to be a bit experienced with html and php (or pay someone to do it) Search google for "hosting templates" or whichever you need. A good source for ready made designs is Template Monster, though these are often looked down upon due to many sites using the same template. Id recommend finding a unique design which no one else will have, a good source for this would be WHT Design Offers
rsbenedict
You don't need php experience to wrap your template around whmcs. You leave the php alone. You DO need html and css experience, though!

It all depends on the template. Not all templates have css files whereas WHMCS is coded with php so id say php experience would be more beneficial.
uhhosting
If you have an existing site design, simply add the header / footer to WHMCS. An example: Client Area: http://order.uh-hosting.co.uk/billing/index.php Main site: http://www.uh-hosting.co.uk
