Paypal Subscription, i want to rebill from monthly to annually, how?

I have a member upgrading from monthly payment to annually payments. (on paypal subscriptions)

 

What actual steps would I need to achieve this?

IIRC:

 

They'd go through the upgrade process in WHMCS choosing the annual billing cycle, they should then make a one-off payment.

 

When you receive the upgrade order cancel the monthly PayPal subscription.

 

When the account next renews a new annual subscription will be created.
