Redundant Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 Hey Folks, Selecting the Close Button on a support ticket will not do anything visually. The ticket appears to still be open, and in fact, says "Open" A second click of the close button will update the ticket to Closed Status I thought this was due to my kindergarten-programming skills but, confirmed this behavior on the Demo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 4, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 4, 2008 It is actually closing the ticket the first time, it's just not reflecting the change on the page until the next page load - hence clicking the button again appears to have the desired result.
