I have a few questions about WHMCS since the company I am working for is very interested in it.
First: Is it possible to have an addon under WHMCS that can change a Plesk attribute based on the selected addon purchased? As in someone gets the addon for 600 MB of disk space and the account is created with the 600 MB of diskspace even though the plan default diskspace is only 300 MB. Also if that is indeed possible is it also possible to have 1 addon change serveral attributes like an addon for an additional email accounts will automatically ration additional autoresponder for the account?
Second. Can WHMCS enable features that are not necessarily Plesk related? Such as adding Urchin stats if a customer purchases it as an addon?
Third. Can the Usage Limit reflect the customer actually traffic usage instead of what is listed under the plan. What I mean by this is that a customer plan calls for only 1 GB of traffic but they purchased an additional 1 GB of traffic via addon. Will the Usage Limit reflect the 2GB?
And last. Are upgrades and downgrades changes made in the control panel? From what I saw any upgrades and downgrades changes are only made in WHMCS as in billing and the type of plan in the account but the actual change isn't reflected in the control panel. I see a message saying that a user upgrade or downgraded. So does that mean I have to do that manually?
