Support e-mails

Hi,

 

If we compose a new support message and "forget" to enter the mandatory 'To name' you get an error message, so far so good, unfortunately once the error message is displayed the complete message has to be re-typed because it's gone :(

 

Why is the 'To name' mandatory if we enter the e-mail address?

 

Anyone got a solution? I refuse to believe this is a 'feature' inside WHMCS ;)
