Sitetech
Hi, I have two questions: When a client upgrades, using: Options Upgrades, it is not provisioned. Is this correct? When an admin wants to upgrade for a client, is this possible from the admin panel or does he need to switch to the client panel first?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 2, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 2, 2008 1. It depends on the control panel you are using but cpanel and directadmin are 2 examples which are automated. 2. An admin can overide settings and change a users package from the admin panel manually but if you want the prorata'd invoice for it you should submit an order via the client area. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 4, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 4, 2008 No, their API doesn't support game changes. Matt
