dspace
Hi everyone My customer has signed up for a hosting plan at $19.95 per month, he then requested an IP address so I've added that to his account. The addon is $2 per month, and I set the due date to be the same as the renewal date for his hosting plan. As he is paying by Paypal subscription, the way I expected it to work was that a subscription for $21.95 per month would be generated ($19.95 for hosting + $2 for the IP) He's just created the Paypal subscription via the link in WHMCS and it's for $21.95 for the first month, and then $19.95 for each month thereafter. I have no idea why this has happened. I've just moved from clientexec over to WHMCS because of issues like this happening with no explanation. Does anyone have any ideas why this has happened? I'm hoping it's something simple I've overlooked rather than a bug with the software. Thanks! Andrew
eger
When you "Click here to manage addons", then click the edit button next to the addon, does this addon show the same Due Date as the parent product, same billing cycle, and correct recurring fee?
dspace
Hi eger, yes, same due date, correct amount ($2) and same billing cycle (monthly). I've had so much trouble with clientexec doing similar things I've moved to WHMCS, this is really causing me a problem because I've had this customer recreate so many paypal subscriptions under clientexec trying to get it right, I can't ask him to do it again. I'm hoping someone will know why this is happening, thanks.
